If you have previously submitted answers by post or fax - do not register. Contact us on +44 (0) 20 7905 1298 or send your email address to technicalsupport@bdjeastmancpd.com with your BDA number and address details. We will then update your off-line record and email your log-on details.
If you have never submitted by post of fax - you need to register to use the site.
Email address already exists.
The system says, "The email address [your address] already exists in our database. Please go back and try again with different email address."
This means that you or someone else has already used this email address.
Email addresses are unique and cannot be duplicated. Try to log on again using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, see below. If you are still have problems, contact us.

There is a forgotten password link on the website next to the log in boxes. Enter your email address here and you will be sent your password automatically.
I keep entering my password but it will not let me in.
You have to register with BDJ Eastman CPD before you can use the site. Your BDA website password is not automatically used here. The register button is found on the top right of the screen.

Try to refresh the page - press F5 on your keyboard. Make sure you have entered only numbers - for example, the letter o instead of 0 (zero). Make sure there are no spaces. If your BDA number does not work, try entering your GDC number - we can check you against this number too.

You may not have cookies turned on. You must have cookies turned on to allow the site to recognise you so you can retrieve your CPD record. There are also some issues with Netscape - all versions
- so the site would be best viewed using Internet Explorer.
To turn on cookies,
In Internet Explorer 5.5
Go to Tools menu
Choose Internet Options
Choose Security
Click Custom Level
Scroll down the list to find the heading Cookies
Click enable on stored and per session
In Internet Explorer 6
Go to Tools menu
Choose Internet Options
Choose Privacy
Set cookie level to at least medium
Click OK
In Internet Explorer 7
Go to Tools menu
Choose Internet Options
Choose Privacy
Set cookie level to at least medium
Click OK
For Mozilla FireFox 2.0 and above
Go to Tools, Options
Click Privacy
Ensure the box "Accept cookies froms sites" is checked
Click OK

If you need to change any of your details, for example, your email address, postal address, password etc, log on to the site and click on the button "my details". Simply make your changes, confirm your password, accept the terms and conditions and click "Update My Details".
